Terms and Conditions 
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments & Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.


Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.


Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will result in a 50% charge of the total service.


No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.



2. Late Policy
Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.


After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show.



4. Health & Safety
Please arrive with clean hands/toes/eyebrow/service area and no open cuts or infections.


If you have any nail, skin, or medical conditions that may interfere with your service, you must notify me before your appointment.


I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe proceeding would pose a health risk to you or me.



5. Nail Health & Aftercare
I am committed to using professional-grade products and techniques that protect and enhance your natural nails.


However, it is your responsibility to care for your nails between appointments. This includes avoiding misuse of your hands, keeping hands moisturized, and booking regular maintenance.


I am not responsible for any damage to your natural nails due to improper aftercare, neglect, or failure to follow provided instructions.


Lifting, breakage, or damage caused by biting, picking, misuse of nails, or forceful removal of products is not covered by any guarantee or repair policy.



6. Repairs & Guarantees
Complimentary repairs are offered within 3 days of your appointment only for issues related to product or application errors.


Any breakage or damage outside of this window, or due to client negligence, will be subject to a repair fee.



7. Photos & Social Media
By receiving services, you agree to allow photos of your nails to be taken and used for marketing and social media purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify me in advance.



8. Policy Agreement
By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
